Welcome to 3220, a bright three-bedroom townhome at West Lucaya Resort, just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and the heart of Kissimmee. It comfortably sleeps six, so there’s plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax after a long day at the parks.

Inside, you’ll find a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped down to the coffee maker, so cooking a meal in feels just as easy as eating out. There are two full bathrooms, brand-new linens on every bed, smart TVs in the living area and bedrooms, and a private patio for winding down in the evening. The washer and dryer are right in the unit, and self check-in with a smart lock means you can arrive on your own schedule with no waiting around. The home was built in 2018 and spans two comfortable stories.

Staying here also opens the door to everything West Lucaya Resort has to offer. Cool off in the heated community pool or unwind in the hot tub, keep the kids busy in the game room and playroom, or work up a sweat at the clubhouse fitness center. There’s a sand volleyball court, a playground, a business center, and the peace of mind that comes with a gated community.

The location is hard to beat. Walt Disney World is about 15 minutes away, with Universal Studios around 30 and SeaWorld about 25. You’re right off US-192, so restaurants, supermarkets, and outlets are all within a five to ten minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is roughly 35 minutes out.

A few simple house rules to keep everyone comfortable: check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM, the home sleeps a maximum of six guests including children, and we ask for no parties and no smoking indoors. Your smart lock code arrives 24 hours before you get here.
