Inside Your Home: -One bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor: ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs or multigenerational stays. -Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including a spacious master suite featuring a private bathroom, dual sinks, and a tub/shower combo. -The open-concept living area flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen and dining space: perfect for group gatherings and shared meals. -Enjoy Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and modern appliances throughout. -Premium linens, thoughtful touches, and stylish décor create a true home-away-from-home ambiance. -Step outside to your private screened lanai with a sparkling pool overlooking tranquil conservation views: ideal for morning coffee or a refreshing evening dip.

Parking: This property allows a maximum of two vehicles.

Prime Location: Just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other major attractions. You’ll also find shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, and major roadways nearby, making travel around the area quick and convenient.

Additional Services and Information: We are pleased to offer a range of additional services to enhance your stay. You can add BBQ rental to your reservation for an extra charge. If you would like to use the pool heater, it is available for a daily fee, with a minimum usage of 3 consecutive days. Please request this service at least 48 hours in advance. The pool heater’s temperature will not exceed 92F, and the attached spa, which shares the same temperature as the pool, is not a jacuzzi. Please note that the heater relies on heat exchange and may not function effectively in cold weather. As such, we are unable to provide refunds if the pool does not reach the desired temperature due to weather conditions. We also provide complimentary welcome amenities for your convenience. However, these items are not replenished during your stay.

Please note: This home is self-catering. We provide a small welcome starter kit with basic necessities to help you settle in, but we kindly recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to stock up on any additional items you may need during your stay.
